I was diagnosed with scoliosis (a sideways curve of the spine) at the age of 13 and had my first crack of the spine at 15...
I felt devastated.
The only thing that made me feel ''in control'' was lifting weights, which actually made things gradually worse, year after year.
Don't get me wrong, I did build the physique I wanted, but it was built on a foundation of sand,
And eventually, it came tumbling down...
I had to restart from zero.
I had to re-learn how to walk, stand, sit and even SLEEP,
Just so I could feel like my former, ''normal'' self.
But after dozens of trials, I found a way that was effective, fun and didn't cause the immense pain, even to my broken body.
Now, I can do things I always dreamed of, that seemed out of reach, because of the pain and tightness that I felt.
I learnt all these crazy flexibility/strength moves and decided to start posting them on Instagram while also sharing my experience.
Since then, I took on to coach many men and women to help them achieve their mobility/strength/flexibility goals
